Programme Rules

Reseller Rules

Resellers are free to sell products at their own pricing.

Resellers must never deliver the same product key to multiple customers. Doing so may result in the key being blacklisted by Microsoft activation servers.

Regular resellers must purchase products through the official RedTrex website: www.redtrex.com.lk

Resellers must always use official software download and activation channels when assisting customers.

Resellers are responsible for confirming the correct product requirement with customers before purchase.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued after delivery due to incorrect product selection.

Reseller Protection

RedTrex Technologies validates all software keys before product delivery. We also provide activation assistance for both resellers and end customers upon request, helping ensure a smooth activation process and reliable customer experience.
